These measurements are the cirucmference size of wrist that this strap will fit when attached to your watch and done up using the provided strap connections. This can be worked our for your wrist by using a sewing tape to measure the cirucmerfence of your wrist just below your wrist bone.

If you have a waterproof watch, a simple option is to wear your watch and Silicone Watch Band in the shower and simply use some warm soapy water to clean this.
