I accidentally ordered the wrong straps. I emailed and then received a reply the next day with a link to exchange the straps, and to download the label for postage. The straps are really good quality and very reasonably priced.
They are match for match so theyre not as “squishy” which made the beats 3 comfortable but they still sit nicely and its an easy replace. Would be a good shout to have an alcohol wipe so you can remove any excess on the headphones when you remove the old pads.
